Sheri is an award-winning communications strategist, community liaison and environmental advocate who has dedicated her career to social causes that benefit the greater good. She is the founder and director of Shannon Strategies, LLC, a communications firm that specializes in political and social justice campaigns.
For more than a decade, she has worked in the nonprofit and private sectors to build relationships and enact positive change through education, policy and public outreach. Sheri has run communications campaigns for startup companies, political candidates and interest groups, environmental organizations and Australian government alliances.
Sheri holds an M.A in Communications from Southern New Hampshire University and a B.S in Earth Sciences from the Pennsylvania State University. She is the co-founder Southside ReLeaf, a nonprofit dedicated to greening South Richmond, and was also featured as an “Eco Hero” by Glamour magazine. She is committed to the fight for environmental and economic justice so everyone has a clean, healthy and safe space to live, work, learn and pray.

Dedicated to the environment and the environmental markets since 2005, Charlie is the Founder and Director of Atoka Conservation Exchange where he is professionally involved in the development and management of client-based projects culminating in the monetization of land, water and air assets. He has originated and transacted more than $70,000,000 of market activity and seeks scalable projects that positively address the impacts of climate change in the regional and national arenas.
He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, a developer of historic properties, a licensed realtor, and lives on Hull Street in Richmond, VA with his wife and four children.
